Dr. Seuss Celebration at Saint Jude School
“The more you will read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn the more places you’ll go!” These words from Dr. Seuss resonated in the Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms at Saint Jude School as they celebrated Read Across America. Each student chose his or her favorite story and “dressed the part” as they came in costume to school for the day. Students played games, read stories and heard rhymes from the famous author, as his birthday is a focus of Read Across America.
