WRIGHT TWP. – Members of the municipal park master plan committee recently heard a report from its consultant on the results of a recently completed online survey aimed at determining how the park is currently used and how people who responded would like to see improved.

No, the Saint Jude fifth grade class did not need to bring wetsuits to class, but they still got to swim with the sharks.

Kiwanis Club donates books

The Kiwanis Club of Mountain Top recently delivered more than 620 books to Rice Elementary, Fairview Elementary and St. Jude schools. Each student in kindergarten, first and second grade received a book of their own to take home. There were extra books for each classroom.
