A Forty Fort man was sent to jail without bail, facing charges that he allegedly groped a 16-year-old girl.

According to the criminal complaint filed in the case against Juston R. Lee, 44, he allegedly sexted and molested his son’s teenage ex-girlfriend and fantasized about his son catching them having sex.

The criminal complaint contains details of the two, noting that police were alerted to the situation by the girl’s foster mother, who discovered pornographic images on her phone.

Investigators said Lee had been sexting the girl from April to October, sending her nude selfies and sexually explicit text messages, according to the complaint.

Police charged Lee with unlawful contact with a minor, contacting a minor to commit sexual abuse, disseminating sexually explicit materials to a minor, corruption of a minor, and indecent assault.

Lee was arraigned on Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Joseph D. Spagnuolo Jr. on the charges, and he was denied bail — the judge determined Lee a danger to the alleged victim.

Lee was taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 30.
