The Saint Jude School community celebrated an annual tradition, holding an indoor and outdoor May Crowning celebration in the month of Mary. The eighth-grade class crowned statues of Mary as the second-grade class served as the court for the ceremony. Students prayed prayers to Mary for her intercession on their behalf.
