The Rotary Club of Mountain Top honored recently retired police chiefs Phillip Holbrook and Robert Franks for their year’s of service to the area.
Franks was the longtime chief in Rice Township, while Holbrook was chief in Fairview Township.
The two were honored with a ceremony at King’s Pizza in Mountain Top where they were both presented with plaques.
