At the recent Knights of Columbus Pennsylvania State Free Throw championships in York, Elizabeth Bilbow, representing St. Jude Council No. 6440 captured the state title in the 11-year-old category.
Bilbow, the Northeast Regional winner, finished with a score of 20 to capture the crown.
In addition to Bilbow, St. Jude Council No. 6440, had three other regional winners reach the state finals. In the girls 9-year-old division, Alivia Detweiller competed, as did Alivia Sweet in the girls 12-year old group. In the boys division, Matthew Mascarenhas competed in the 14-year-old category.
