Crestwood sends three to regionals
Crestwood sent three wresters to the PIAA Class 3A Northeast Regional wrestling tournament. Junior Magnus Bibla finished second at 215 pounds and was one of two Wyoming Valley Conference wrestlers to earn a trip to the state championships at the Giant Center in Hershey. Also competing at the Northeast Regional at Bethlehem were freshman Lincoln Bibla at 189 pounds and sophomore Sam Jeckell at 113 pounds From left, Lincoln Bibla, Jeckell and Magnus Bibla.
Flag football registration scheduled
The Valley Chiefs will hold registration for a flag football league from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 16 at Joe Larock Field, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 23 at WhisperingWillows Park Conyngham and Butler Township Community Park in Drums and online at valleychiefs.org.
