AllOne Charities’ annual Give Day — held on Giving Tuesday 2025 — once again showcased the extraordinary generosity and community spirit of Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania.

This year, 78 nonprofit organizations came together to raise $386,000 in support of health and wellness initiatives across 13 counties in the region.

A highlight of this year’s event was a new partnership between AllOne Charities and Miller-Keystone Blood Center (MKBC), the region’s only community blood provider. This collaboration gave donors the opportunity to make an impact in a new way — by giving blood at one of several MKBC-hosted drives, in addition to or in place of a monetary contribution.

Thanks to the generosity and resilience of blood donors across the counties that overlap between AllOne Charities and MKBC service areas, more than 100 units of blood were collected during the event, ensuring lifesaving support for patients in local hospitals.

Despite the snowstorm that forced cancellations and rescheduling, the community rallied together to make a meaningful impact.

“We are deeply grateful to AllOne Charities for amplifying this effort and to every donor who made a difference. Together, we proved that nothing, not even Mother Nature can stop the spirit of giving,” said Lina Barbieri, vice president of communications and chief philanthropy officer with Miller-Keystone Blood Center.

Through the partnership with MKBC, AllOne Charities Give Day helped strengthen the local blood supply at a critical time of year, ensuring patients in community hospitals receive the care they need.

“This collaboration perfectly embodies the mission of AllOne Charities Give Day — neighbors coming together to support one another in meaningful, life changing ways,” said John W. Cosgrove, CEO of AllOne Foundation & Charities.

AllOne Charities Give Day also inspired 1,790 individual monetary donations. AllOne Charities matched the first $1,000 raised by each organization, while generous community and corporate partners contributed tens of thousands of dollars in additional prizes to magnify donor generosity.

The organizations benefiting from AllOne Charities Give Day continue to address pressing community needs, from food insecurity and mental health programs to healthcare workforce development and substance use disorder services. Together with Miller-Keystone Blood Center’s lifesaving mission, they represent the very best of community collaboration and compassion.
