The Honey Hole Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will be hold its 25th annual Hunting Heritage Banquet on Saturday, April 6, at Edgewood in the Pines, Drums.

Doors open at 4 p.m. with dinner served at 5:30 p.m. Entertainment for the evening will include raffles, silent and verbal auctions, along with excellent food and refreshments.

The chapter has supported local initiatives such as habitat improvement projects on State Game Lands and Nescopeck State Park, Turkey Hunters Care program, scholarships for high school seniors, grants to support university and wildlife agency research, outdoor education programs for women, youth and persons with disabilities.

This event is the single most important fund raising event held by chapters nationwide which has in the past provided funding to support these NWTF initiatives.
