Long-time Mountain Top Hose Company No. 1 president David Hourigan was recognized for his service to the community at a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Mountain Top at King’s Pizza.
Hourigan, who is retiring later this year after 40 years as hose company president, received a citation of congressional recognition from U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Moosic, and a plaque from the Rotary Club.
