Whether you are a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles of Kansas City Chiefs, or not even a football fan at all, Super Bowl Sunday was an opportunity for Mountain Top residents to enjoy good food and libation.

Some folks hosted house parties, others headed to their favorite pub, while some gathered in larger groups to enjoy food and watch the game.

Among the gatherings was at the Slocum Township Volunteer Fire and Ambulance which hosted its annual Super Bowl party to thank its members for their service.

As for the game, the Chiefs defeated the Eagles, 38-35.
