The former bazaar grounds at Mountain Top Hose Company No. 1 on Woodlawn Avenue have been renovated into a picnic area available for rental for family parties, reunions, graduation parties and other get-togethers.
The former beer stand has been converted to the new kitchen equipped with refrigerators, large stove, warming cabinet, fryer, and other appliances. The building has the extended canopy in front, so people are out of the weather when waiting for their food.
Bazaar stands have been removed, but the pavilion and the rest rooms remain. The pavilion has plenty of picnic tables and can accommodate up to 200 people. There is plenty of parking. The area where the bazaar stands once stood is now grass which is still growing in so there is lots of room for games/activities for those who are using the facility.
