Mr. and Mrs. Eric Van Gorden are proud to announce the college graduation of their son, Ethan Van Gorden. Ethan is graduated summa cum laude from the Robert E. Cook Honor’s College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania on May 6 and 7. He will be received bachelor’s degrees in both Anthropology (Archaeology) and History. During his time at IUP, Ethan earned a certificate in public history, was inducted into several honor society organizations and participated in his biggest lifetime adventure, a six-week study abroad program in Spain, where he hiked the Camino de Santiago. This fall, Ethan will attend the University of Maryland as a graduate assistant to pursue a master’s degree in Anthropology (Archaeology).
