The Dr. William (Bill) Ziegler III Memorial Scholarship Fund has been started through the Luzerne Foundation. The scholarship will go to graduating tennis players from Crestwood going on to higher education who share Bill’s love of tennis, education, and zest for life. Ziegler’s mother, Sue Ziegler, was a longtime teacher and librarian in the Crestwood school district for over 40 years. In 1995, he started the Crestwood tennis program and the program has been going strong since that time under head coach Scott Lenio.
