The Rice Township police department recently received a $3,500 donation from The Ice House Pub and Pennsylvania Skill to be used to purchase two solar-powered radar speed enforcement signs. Police Chief Harry Ehret said the units will be used on township roads in an effort to reduce speeding and improve safety for township residents and motorists. Pictured are, Sgt.
