The Crestwood girls lacrosse team picked up a pair of wins on the young season.
Isabella Caporuscio scored 14 goals as the Comets defeated Delaware Valley on March 26 and Holy Redeemer on Mary 29.
Crestwood 19, Delaware Valley 7
Caporuscio scored 11 goals and assisted on two others to lead the Comets.
Also scoing for Crestwood were Hannah Zeigler with five goals and Julia Glowacki with 3 goals. Glowacki also had two assists.
Morgan Koons made 13 saves in goal for the Comets.
Crestwood 18, Redeemer 2
A host of Comets managed to score, led by Caporuscio’s three goals and three assists, as the Comets routed the Royals.
Also scoring for Crestwood were Glowacki (1 goal, 3 assists), Zeigler (1 goal), Grace Pasternick (2 goals, 2 assists), Brooke Lapenski (1 goal), Katie Bozinko (1 goal), Lucy Malia (2 goals), Olivia Jardine (1 goal), Emma Domzalski (1 goal), Ella Novelli (1 goal), Kate Gallagher (2 goals), Krista Papura (1 goal) and Olivia Pesta (1 goal).
Koons had one save while Ainsley Webby had five in goal for Crestwood.
